Shipping

  • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all of our customers, no matter where you’re based.


  • Where does StillCanvas ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries: 🇬🇧 United Kingdom, 🇺🇸 United States, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand.


  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, I’m afraid we don’t ship to P.O boxes. 


  • What is the handling time?

It will take our team around 1-2 business days to process and prepare your order before we can dispatch it for you. This is because all of our canvas art products are made to order, and time is needed to print and frame every canvas.


  • How do I track my order?

Every order will come with a delivery tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You should have received an email from us along with your tracking number when your order had been shipped. You may also view your tracking number and information through your account by signing in on our website.


  • How can I change my shipping address?

We can update or change your shipping address within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address, so please do be careful and take your time filling out the delivery details at checkout.

  • What is the returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you're unhappy with your order.


  • How do I return my order?

Please contact our Customer Service Representative at sales@still-canvas.com who will be happy to help and provide you with further information on how to start the return process.


  • My canvas is damaged, what are my options?

In the event that our products are damaged or defective or do not match the description specified or shown on our store, you can speak to our Customer Service Representative at sales@still-canvas.com who will be happy to offer a full refund. You can also reach us by using the form on the contact us page.


  • How long does my refund take to process?

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but typically you can expect to see the refund in your account within 5-10 days.

  • Do I have to frame the canvas?

No, all of our canvas art listings are framed canvas prints. Your order will arrive ready to hang out of the box.


  • Is the canvas easy to hang?

Yes! Our canvases are extremely easy to hang as we will already provide you with a hanging kit for each canvas that you order. All you will need to do is hammer or screw a hook into your wall where you wish to hang your new canvas art.


  • What is inches to centimeters?

12" x 8" Inches / 30 x 20 Centimetres

18" x 12" Inches / 45 x 30 Centimetres

24" x 18" Inches / 60 x 45 Centimetres

36" x 24" Inches / 90 x 60 Centimetres

40" x 30" Inches / 100 x 75 Centimetres


  • Do you offer custom designs?

I’m afraid we don’t offer custom designs, but we can offer custom adjustments to any of our listed canvas designs. So if you wish to add a custom touch or element to make it feel personalised, please email us here sales@still-canvas.com with your request.


  • Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we can offer a larger discount for bulk orders. A bulk order will need to contain more than 10 canvases in a single order to be classed as a bulk order. If you’re planning on making an order of this size, please email us here sales@still-canvas.com and we will arrange a discount code for you to use upon checkout.

Processing Times

All of our canvas art products are made to order, so please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and print your canvas art order before we ship them out and begin the delivery process.

Tracking Your Order

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you're unhappy with your order.


Please contact our Customer Service Representative at sales@still-canvas.com who will be happy to help and provide you with further information on how to start the return process.


It is the customers responsibility to return the order to us and arrange the delivery and shipping costs. We do not provide shipping labels for any returns, so please do be careful selecting your desired canvas design and size.


Once the order package has been received by us, we will then inspect the canvas for any damage or marks that may have been inflicted in your handling or during transit. We will then issue you a full refund once the checks have been completed and everything shows to be fine.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


In the event that our products are damaged or defective or do not match the description specified in our service, you can speak to our Customer Service Representative at sales@still-canvas.com who will be happy to offer a full refund, or use the "Contact Us" form.


The easiest way to resolve defective or damaged goods is to take a few photos of the faults and attach them to email along with your name and order ID.


You may need to send the products back to StillCanvas within 28 days of receipt and you will need to notify us within 48 hours of noticing any issues so we can look further into your order for you.


It is the customers responsibility to return the canvas to us in order for us to conduct a thorough investigation to the reported issues. If we find that the products are defective, we will issue a full refund to you.


In the event that you return any products to StillCanvas in accordance with this section and StillCanvas can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, StillCanvas reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund, return the products to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but typically you can expect to see the refund in your account within 5-10 days.


Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds simply because you do not like the canvas, print or the size is not what you expect, so please take consideration of this before finalising your order. You can however start a return process to get a refund for your order, which will require the order to be sent back to us.


Exchanges

We are unable to accept direct exchanges for your canvas/order, however the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and we have issued you a refund, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
